How do I contact Plumoking (Pty) Ltd?
Our Head Office telephone number is 0860 012 007. At night
and over weekends the Head Office number diverts to the cell
number of the team leader who is on standby. You can also
contact us on our telefax number 0860 012 007 as well as our
email being info@plumoking.co.za
What will happen then?
The team leader will allocate a team to go to your premises
at a time convenient to you. The team will arrive in a
Plumoking vehicle and inspect the problem. The team leader
will be in contact with the team at all times.
What happens after the work is completed?
You will be given a VAT invoice for the work. This invoice
can be paid in cash, cheque or by electronic transfer, the
details of which are on the invoice.
Does Plumoking clean up the site after completion of the
work?
Yes. This is a very important aspect of our services.
Is the work guaranteed?
Yes all our work is guaranteed as per the invoice.
Does Plumoking render any other services?
Yes we have a team specializing in waterproofing as well as
in ceilings.
